Maintenance service

According to Italian technical standard UNI 10685/1998, a Global Service contract covers many different property maintenance services to meet all the needs of a Contractee/Client. In particular, a multiyear contract stipulates that all management and maintenance services of a property shall be outsourced to a unique subject that is not only responsible for the execution of the services but also for the final result.

Flooring provides comprehensive Facility Management services that aim to constantly improve performance and cost-effectiveness of the maintenance applied on real estate facilities. Scheduling and rationalizing procedures and maintenance activities, we ensure the timely provision of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions supplying materials/components subject to wear and tear for the efficient operation of the installations.

We tailor our services to best meet our customers' needs being equipped with:

Planned Maintenance comprises the following ordinary tasks:

• Ordinary maintenance works undertaken in accordance with the specifications of any installation
• Fine-tuning operations, calibration and certification
• Periodic cleaning for a proper functioning
• Inspections and regular tests and measurements as required by law or by applying good practice and any customer regulations
• Supply of any material/component subject to wear and tear
• Emergency 24/7 on call services available every day of the year

The aforementioned activities may have to be supplemented by extraordinary maintenance interventions depending on the specific installation or on the basis of customers' wants and needs.
